Bu Gizlilik Politikası, DashGraph: Excel to Dashboard uygulamasının iPadOS ve macOS sürümleri (birlikte "DashGraph" veya "Uygulama") için geçerlidir.

1. Kısa özet

2. Cihaz üzerinde işlenen veriler

DashGraph yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz dosyalara, işletim sisteminin dosya seçicisi ve izin mekanizmaları aracılığıyla erişir. Sütun başlıkları, hücre değerleri, filtreler, grafikler, KPI'lar ve dashboard ayarları cihazınızda işlenir.

Kaynak dosyalar uygulama tarafından değiştirilmez. Seçtiğiniz dosyaların içeriği, analiz sonuçları veya oluşturduğunuz dashboard'lar Elluga'ya gönderilmez.

3. Cihazda saklanan bilgiler

Dil seçimi gibi sınırlı uygulama tercihleri cihazınızdaki yerel uygulama alanında saklanabilir. Bu tercihler çalışma dosyalarınızın içeriğini veya analiz sonuçlarını içermez.

Uygulamanın oluşturduğu Excel, PNG, HTML veya ZIP çıktıları yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz konuma kaydedilir. Bu dosyaların saklanması, paylaşılması ve silinmesi sizin kontrolünüzdedir.

Yerel tercihleri kaldırmak için uygulamayı silebilir; dışa aktarılan dosyaları ise iPadOS Dosyalar uygulaması, macOS Finder veya kullandığınız ilgili depolama hizmeti üzerinden silebilirsiniz.

4. Pro abonelikleri ve Apple StoreKit

DashGraph Pro, Apple StoreKit üzerinden aylık veya yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak sunulur. Satın alma, yenileme, iptal ve geri yükleme işlemleri Apple tarafından yürütülür.

Uygulama, Pro erişiminizin etkin olup olmadığını belirlemek için Apple tarafından doğrulanmış ürün ve işlem durumunu cihaz üzerinde kullanır. Elluga:

5. Web sitesi, destek ve dış bağlantılar

Uygulamadaki web sitesi, destek, abonelik yönetimi ve kullanım koşulları bağlantıları tarayıcınızda veya Apple'ın ilgili sistem ekranında açılır. DashGraph çalışma dosyanızı veya analiz sonuçlarınızı bu bağlantılara eklemez.

Web sitemizdeki iletişim formunu kullanır veya bize e-posta gönderirseniz adınız, e-posta adresiniz, mesajınız ve kendi isteğinizle paylaştığınız diğer bilgiler destek talebinizi yanıtlamak amacıyla işlenebilir. Bu bilgiler Uygulama tarafından otomatik olarak toplanmaz. Destek yazışmaları yalnızca talebi sonuçlandırmak, güvenlik sağlamak ve geçerli hukuki yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için gerekli süre boyunca saklanır.

Üçüncü taraf web siteleri ve Apple hizmetleri kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.

6. Paylaşım ve aktarım

DashGraph, Uygulama içinde işlediğiniz dosyaları veya analiz verilerini Elluga'yla, reklam ağlarıyla, veri brokerlarıyla ya da analiz sağlayıcılarıyla paylaşmaz.

Bir çıktıyı paylaşmayı seçerseniz, alıcılar o dosyanın içeriğini görebilir. Paylaşmadan önce çıktı kapsamını ve içerdiği kişisel ya da ticari verileri kontrol etmeniz gerekir.

7. Çocukların gizliliği

DashGraph çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Uygulama herhangi bir kullanıcıdan hesap veya yaş bilgisi istemez.

8. Haklarınız ve gizlilik tercihleri

Uygulama Elluga sunucularında kullanıcı hesabı, çalışma dosyası veya analiz geçmişi tutmadığı için bu tür veriler açısından erişilecek ya da silinecek bir sunucu kaydı bulunmaz.

Destek kanalları üzerinden bize ilettiğiniz kişisel veriler için, yürürlükteki mevzuat kapsamında bilgi alma, erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama veya itiraz haklarınızı kullanmak üzere bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz. Bir talebi yerine getirmeden önce kimliğinizi doğrulamamız gerekebilir.

9. Güvenlik

DashGraph'ın cihaz üzerinde çalışma modeli, dosyalarınızın analiz amacıyla bir Elluga sunucusuna aktarılmasını önler. Bununla birlikte hiçbir cihaz veya depolama yöntemi mutlak güvenlik sağlayamaz. Cihazınızı, Apple hesabınızı ve dışa aktardığınız dosyaları uygun erişim kontrolleriyle korumanızı öneririz.

10. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Uygulamanın veri uygulamaları değişirse bu politikayı ve App Store Connect gizlilik beyanlarını güncelleriz. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada yeni güncelleme tarihiyle yayımlanır.

DashGraph Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the iPadOS and macOS versions of DashGraph: Excel to Dashboard (collectively, "DashGraph" or the "App").

1. Summary

DashGraph processes the Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files you select on your device. The App:

Accordingly, Elluga does not collect user data through DashGraph that must be declared as collected in the App Store privacy label.

2. Data processed on your device

DashGraph accesses only the files you choose through the operating system's document picker and permission mechanisms. Column headers, cell values, filters, charts, KPIs, and dashboard settings are processed on your device.

The App does not modify source files. The contents of your selected files, analysis results, and dashboards are not transmitted to Elluga.

3. Information stored on your device

Limited preferences, such as your language selection, may be stored in the App's local storage on your device. These preferences do not contain the contents of your working files or analysis results.

Excel, PNG, HTML, or ZIP exports created by the App are saved only to a location you select. You control their storage, sharing, and deletion.

You can remove local preferences by deleting the App. You can delete exported files using the iPadOS Files app, macOS Finder, or the relevant storage service you selected.

4. Pro subscriptions and Apple StoreKit

DashGraph Pro is offered through Apple StoreKit as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Apple processes purchases, renewals, cancellations, and restorations.

The App uses Apple-verified product and transaction status on your device to determine whether Pro access is active. Elluga:

Apple's handling of App Store data is governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

5. Website, support, and external links

Website, support, subscription management, and terms links in the App open in your browser or the relevant Apple system interface. DashGraph does not attach your working file or analysis results to those links.

If you use the contact form on our website or email us, your name, email address, message, and any other information you voluntarily provide may be processed to respond to your support request. This information is not collected automatically by the App. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as necessary to resolve the request, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Third-party websites and Apple services are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Sharing and transfers

DashGraph does not share the files or analysis data processed within the App with Elluga, advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics providers.

If you choose to share an export, its recipients may view its contents. You are responsible for reviewing the scope of an export and any personal or business information it contains before sharing it.

7. Children's privacy

DashGraph is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. The App does not request account or age information from any user.

8. Your rights and privacy choices

Because the App does not maintain user accounts, working files, or analysis history on Elluga servers, there is no corresponding server record to access or delete.

For personal data you voluntarily submit through our support channels, you may contact us to exercise applicable rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

9. Security

DashGraph's on-device model prevents your files from being transferred to an Elluga server for analysis. However, no device or storage method can provide absolute security. We recommend protecting your device, Apple Account, and exported files with appropriate access controls.

10. Changes to this policy

If the App's data practices change, we will update this policy and the App Store Connect privacy disclosures. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised update date.
